Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days from ship date
- Most orders arrive in 10–14 business days
- We ship from international fulfillment partners, which keeps your prices low but means slower delivery than Amazon Prime
Shipping Costs
- $4.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50
- Free shipping on orders $50 and over
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of shipping. Click the link to follow your order's journey, or paste the number into the carrier's website.
Heads-up: It's normal for tracking to pause for a few days mid-transit when your package transfers between carriers (origin → international hub → destination carrier). This isn't a sign that something is wrong.
International Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We'll update this page if that changes.
Delays & Issues
If your order hasn't moved in 21 business days, email us at support@droptrendy.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it within 12 hours of order placement. After that, packages shipping to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
