How to Request a Refund or Replacement Email support@droptrendy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged or defective, include a photo. We respond within 24 hours.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required from you.
Change of Mind Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we handle change-of-mind requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: personal care items (lip oils, scalp tools, lashes, cosmetics), and any item received more than 30 days ago.
Refund Timing Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@droptrendy.com. After that, orders are typically in fulfillment, but contact us once it arrives.
