Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We work with vetted suppliers to ship most orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to most US addresses. We know that's not Amazon Prime — and we're upfront about it. Most customers receive their orders closer to the 7–10 day mark.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shown at checkout. No surprise fees.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of purchase. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, email us and we'll look into it immediately.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal?

Sometimes tracking goes quiet for 2–3 days during the international leg of shipping before updating again. If it's been more than 5 days with no movement, email us at support@droptrendy.com and we'll get you an update or a solution.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship anything back for defective items.

What if I just changed my mind?

We get it. If the item is unused and in original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work something out. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is on the buyer.

When do I get my refund?

Once approved, refunds are issued within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Orders & Trust

Is it safe to enter my card info here?

Yes. We use Shopify Payments, which processes billions of dollars in transactions annually and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your card info is encrypted and never stored on our end. You can also check out with PayPal or Shop Pay for an extra layer of comfort.

Are these products actually good quality?

We only list products that have strong existing demand and verified buyer reviews across major platforms. We don't list everything — if it's in our store, we've vetted it. That said, if something doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy has you covered.

Why haven't I heard of DropTrendy before?

We're a newer store, and we're building trust one order at a time. That's why we keep our policies clear, our contact info public, and our return process simple. We're not trying to hide behind a website — we're reachable and we respond.

How do I cancel an order?

Email support@droptrendy.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it before it ships. After that, the order may already be in processing — but we'll still do our best.
